Our Story

After gaining experience at several bakeries at first in Guam then California, Jun and Susan Despi decided they wanted to start one of their own. In 1988, they decided Seattle was where they would do it. Starting with Filipino breads and cakes, then branching into donuts and pastries.

Now the next generation of Despi’s has taken over carrying on the Delite name with two locations, in Seattle and Everett.
